A large single rose at the upper spine flows into a sinuous vine, with a delicate butterfly to the side and a bold ink-splash on the lower back containing a heart-shaped negative space. Small cursive script runs along the vine. The design blends blackwork, brushstroke and watercolor effects to evoke love, growth and transformation. No indication this depicts a famous person.
