Janine Lindemulder, former porn star and aspiring tattoo artist, is now suing movie star Sandra Bullock and her husband Jesse James, a custom bike builder and reality TV star, for custody of her five year old daughter, Sunny. Lindemulder, recently released from prison for tax evasion, is no longer allowed to do pornography as part of her parole conditions. After admitting she has made horrific choices in the past, she feels that her life is back on track after serving her time and deserves to keep custody of her daughter. Accusing her of everything from drug abuse to child neglect, Bullock and James have now filed court papers accusing Lindemulder of hanging out with a dangerous crowd that could put the 5-year-old in jeopardy.
In a statement to the court, James said, "Good cause exists for the court to conduct a review to determine if (Sunny) will be safe with (Lindemulder). She should be restrained from allowing the child around pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons and other unsafe environments." Janine has stated she is a good mother and her daughter is her world, which leads us to believe that these statements are sure to fire up a custody dispute between the couples.

Now, the porn star would like to sit down face-to-face with Bullock as "two women" to discuss the situation. "It hurts tremendously.
The accusations, especially from Sandra, hurt even more so because
we have never sat down and talked." Lindemulder even invited Bullock over for dinner. "Sandy doesn't know what goes on in myhouse, Lindemulder said."I would love for her to please come over. I'll make dinner. Let's sit down."

Good Girl Gone Bad - Pop star, Rihanna, facing misdemeanors for “Illegal Tattooing”? As she heads to East Side Ink in NYC and ends up tattooing her artist, BangBang and a few other artists, umbrellas and the letter "R". But unless she is thinking of changing careers, what she is doing is illegal according to the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. According to the City’s Health Code, only licensed tattoo artists can administer tattoos in the city. Rihanna could be charged for tattooing without a license, and could also face three misdemeanors.  Sources have also said that East Side Ink could be issued fines as well, anywhere from $200-$2000. Can't hide under your umbrella this time, Rihanna.

Are Cartoon Tattoos the New Black?
The self professed MZ. innocent Kate Gosselin, from John & Kate plus 8, got a tattoo of "Winnie the Pooh" just above her left ankle - for the second time. Yes, after thinking the tattoo may have been too childish, she had it removed. But the Pooh Bear is back, guess after 8 kids you just don't want to grow up.

Janet Jackson, believed to have started the cartoon trend, also has one of Mickey and Minnie Mouse engaging in sex, with Minnie giving oral sex to Mickey, in the crease of her right thigh. Some fan sites claim that this was also tattooed by Ronnie Zulu, however it is not mentioned anywhere on his web site, although he does state he did the other three. She thought that the tattoo of the Disney characters “doing the nasty” as she phrases it, is humorous to her as well as being symbolic that she feels sex is good and should be fun.

So will this cartoon trend catch on with the latest tattooed celebrities? Our researchers are still looking into it, however, we did find a picture of Scarlett Johansson's newest tattoo, a sunset, looks to be tattooed with crayon. Now it may not be a famous cartoon, but I'd say this falls under the cartoonie category.

Whose Tattoo is it Anyway?
We all knew something like this would happen sooner or later. Rihanna, Lily Allen, and Lindsay Lohan, all got the same "shhh" tattooed on the inside of their right index finger. But now here's the famous question - who got it first? Rihanna. She got her tattoo a year before Lily and Lindsay decided to get drunk, crazy, and then use that as an excuse to tattoo the same "shhh" on the same finger as Rihanna. It happens, friends get together and get matching tattoos, but some people are just not that creative and depend on the imagination of others.

Even the paparazzi are into the matching tattoo action! Even though the swallow tattoo is pretty common, Mark McGrath, the previous co-host of Extra, has two on his shoulders ( by artist Bill Funk) and Tanya Kim, from Canada's entertainment/mindless gossip infotainment show, ETalk Daily, got hers on her lower abdomen. Hey, at least they didn't get it in the exact same spot, with the same font, with the same color...
